Who we are and what we’re about.

The Veteran’s Housing Foundation (VHF) is dedicated to joining the fight to end homelessness among out nation’s veteran population. The VHF’s mission is to provide permanent housing solutions and supportive services to homeless Veterans through collaboration with local community stakeholders, provision of appropriate assessment, case management and counseling services, education, training, outreach; peer supportive services; links to medical care, mental health treatment, substance abuse services, life skills, money management, and job development services.
